The folks at Multistate Transmission recently rebuilt my transmission in my 2016 Cadillac SRX and I noticed a leak in my garage being transmission fluid. I called Multistate and spoke with Taylor Mills and she instructed me to bring my car in and discovered it was the rear seal on the transfer case, the car being all wheel drive. They ordered the parts and the repairs were covered under the Multistate 100, 000 mile warranty. Thanks to multistate transmission I have no issues bragging on the good folks in the office and most importantly the gentlemen out in the garage working like a well oiled machine.

The cost was definitely more than I was expecting but they did work with some suppliers and were able to come down a little. They were very nice

This was my first experience with Multistate and it was excellent. They examined the vehicle in a few days where the two closest dealers could not look at it for 4 weeks and 8 weeks. They got parts, completed the work in a week and a half. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything, and provided lifetime warranty on all parts replaced. If I ever need transmission work in the future, this is where I am going!
