The service was great, Phil was definitely a professional the repairs were done in a timely manner. I worked on cars myself in the past and Phill definitely gave all the correct and exact methods and items that needed to be replaced.

I will never take my cars to anyone other the Bret and his guys. It is honest work and a fair price. My radiator blew on the hwy at 8am made a phone call to the shop and John and Bret had a tow truck on its way that got to me and my two year old within 30 min. Got a call that day with the pricing once they figured out all that was wrong with my truck. My truck was ready the next day and runs better then before. Bret and his guys will not do you wrong and all work they do from my understanding is warranted. If there is a issue they fix it. Will send any and everyone I know to them!!!

First Google review because my experience was that good.Multistate Transmissions was great to me. Phil worked to get exactly what my truck needed. My Silverado transmission went out, but it isn’t stock. He worked with me to choose parts to include and upgrade to match my exact uses for my truck. I would recommend working with this shop to anyone. Very positive experience and willing to answer any and all questions I had. 5-star service center, right here in Fort Worth!

The main reason I would recommend this shop is that they are not afraid to admit they make mistakes. The day after they had rebuilt my car’s transmission, I changed the engine oil and noticed somethings that concerned me. The following day, Phil and a technician looked over the car with me and professionally addressed my concerns and questions without taking a defensive posture. 2 of my concerns ending up being caused by an inner steering tie rod which has nothing to do with the transmission.1000 miles so far and everything seems to be running smoothly.Pratt Automotive recommended this location to me.

Never fun to hear you need an expensive repair, but Multistate was very professional. They kept me updated on the repair status and called a few days afterwards to make sure the car was running well.

Service at the Fort Worth location is fantastic! Phil Alvarez is very thorough and forthright about diagnosis of the problems and their procedures for repairs. No repairs are made without prior authorization and payment options are explained. The work has a good warranty on parts and labor. The customer service is very good. I was treated like a valued customer by everyone I encountered. My car was ready exactly when it was promised. I highly recommend Multistate.

I brought my 9 year old Nissan Altima with 110k miles and left it with Phil for a work quote. Next day Phil called me back to tell me that my car was still under warranty with the Nissan dealership. The honesty and integrity of Multistate Transmission is beyond 5 stars rating allowed by google. People that work there can be trusted. Will definitely recommend it to anyone i know and will definitely go back if in need of transmission.
