I just brought the car in for review. Billy was very helpful, work has not started as yet!

Multistate on Hemphill did a great job in explaining the process for the transmission fix, and explained how it tests the transmission before releasing it to the customer. The service seemed good. It is difficult circumstances because of the parts shortage nationally. But it it better to fix a car's transmission than invest in the overpriced used car market. Billy at Multistate was friendly and helpful under these difficult contstraints.
