Car drop off was guick. Tech checking the issue with my car was quick also, which was not expected since they were so busy. Information phone calls and texts were frequent and work was completed when promised. Everyone from the front office staff (including the shop mascots) to the mechanics were friendly and upfront with the information on my car. Mulitstate was recommended to me by Bolens Automotive for their transmission experience and honesty.

Great company and great quality of work. All new parts and reasonable prices. I had my clutch replaced and it took only about 4 days total. They even saved the old parts and visually explained what was wrong in the first place.

Installed a new main gasket between engine and transmission in a day at reasonable price. Experienced and friendly. My go to new car dealership that I like very much couldn't get to it for a month.

When my transmission went out i called in and Billy sent a tow truck to pick it up and an eta on how long would take to get to my truck i have used Multistate three times now for different vehicles so the wait was not an issue. After speaking with Glen and going over my options on my build they got the job done and my truck is perfect Glen and Billy were honest up front with what needed to be done and why to get the results i wanted. If you need transmission work the wait and cost is well worth it. Will definitely continue to use multistate fort worh on my projects and other vehicles as well as continue to recommend them as a repair shop to family and friends
