The service was great . Taylor, who works the front desk was very personable , and skilled. She kept me informed as to the status of the repair and contacted our extended warranty company . She was able to quickly get their approval to cover a new transmission and she was very complimentary of the warranty company as well . The transmission replacement was done in a timely manner including two other items that needed fixing. We were made aware of these items and asked if we wanted them taken care of also, before the work was done. She received approval for both of these to be covered by the insurance company also . We couldn't have had a better, easier experience dealing with our needed repairs.
